In my current projects we are using the project methodology Scrum. To keep track of which actionpoints belong to each person we have spiced up the usual boring name-tag. Instead we have all created a SouthPark avatar and printed the picture onto a magnetic paper which can easily be moved around the Scrumboard. Below you can see my avatar in action
